Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Travel Agent to direct, administer, and monitor corporate travel policies and budgets. You will arrange business travel for executives and staff, optimize travel operations, and provide guidance on travel arrangements by phone or online.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel or 3–5 years in the travel industry, plus Sabre and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel or 3–5 years of experience in Travel.
• Sabre (Travel Booking Software) experience required; must be proficient with Sabre in a professional environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain travel policies, budgets, and guidelines for the company.
• Make travel arrangements for executives and employees by phone or Internet.
• Prepare budget reports and analyze travel spending.
