Qualifications

• Education and certifications required for HVAC/refrigeration field.
• Five years of HVAC Commercial Heating/Cooling experience required.
• EPA Class I/II or Universal Refrigeration Certification required; trade school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components.
• Repair and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, boiler and chill water systems.
• Monitor temperature controls and adjust equipment for guest comfort.
• Maintain inventory; prepare material lists and order parts.
• Adhere to safety standards and NFPA/building codes.
