Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Focus on straightening, welding, and panel work to factory specs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs.
• Handle panel and structural work from minor to major damage.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
