Responsibilities

• Conducts training sessions to aid in skill development and stays informed on trends and strategies.
• Assists with game-day prep by scouting opponents and providing in-game support to head coach.
• Recruits and retains qualified student-athletes; enforces behavior standards.
• Monitors student-athlete health and well-being with professional staff support.
• Supports head coach in scheduling contests, academic monitoring, and transportation.
