Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans tooling inventory and expediting orders for tools.
• Loads feed mechanism and modifies mill fixtures and jaws.
• Programs Mills, Lathes, Break Press, Lasers and Robotic Welders with CNC instructions.
• Maintains specifications during drilling, turning and cutting; measures and troubleshoots.
• Maintains equipment with daily preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Sets up machines by aligning chucks, tools, attachments, and fixtures.
