Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping efforts across all club facilities, ensuring world-class cleanliness and aesthetics under the Director of Housekeeping.

You will oversee staff, inspect spaces, manage guest and member interactions, and coordinate event setups while maintaining safety standards and PPE usage. This role requires a minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and experience in clubs, hotels, or resorts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in housekeeping at a club, hotel, or resort preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the Housekeeping Department under the Director's guidance.
• Supervise, instruct, plan, and assign work to staff.
• Inspect vacated rooms, corridors, restaurants, lobbies, and lavatories.
• Manage member and employee complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee event setup and execution.
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment.
• Communicate effectively with members and staff.
• Ensure PPE usage when handling chemicals and maintain a safe environment.
• Report incidents to Workers’ Compensation within 24 hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
