Job summary

Arcis Golf in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a friendly server to join our club team. You will greet members and guests and provide attentive food and beverage service in a professional, courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience in high-volume restaurant/club.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions and be coachable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
• Local pouring permit & Alcohol certification.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members/guests and meet or exceed their expectations.
• Efficiently serve food and drinks following club standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to co-workers; take to-go orders by phone when needed.
• Understand and repeat preparation and service of menu items.
• Maintain stocked and clean service stations and equipment.
• Attend pre-service training and adhere to uniform policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager on duty.
