Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Bartender under the Beverage Supervisor to deliver accurate, responsible service at the assigned venue or outdoor pool deck. You will handle beverage preparation, garnishing, and customer interaction with a focus on speed and quality.

The role requires knowledge of drinks, ABV, and proper garnishing, plus the ability to manage cash, verify ages, and maintain a clean, organized bar throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months of related experience and/or training required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests in an attentive and welcoming manner and expedit es drinks during peak hours.
• Maintains knowledge of drinks, prices, ABV, and garnishes; prepares garnishes and stocks bar.
• Verifies guest ages, handles cash transactions, and ensures proper payment methods (Cash and Carry).
• Verifies inventory and sets up bar tops with napkins, skewers, and garnishes; cleans bar at close.
