Palm Beach Toyota is seeking a New and Used Car Salesperson to help meet dealership goals for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them to suitable vehicles, processing orders, and maintaining follow-up to encourage repeat business.

The position requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to ethical sales practices. Knowledge of dealership products and policies is essential.

Formación

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers, assists in selecting vehicles, and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork per dealership policies.
• Maintains customer follow-up and prospect development systems to drive repeat business.
• Explains vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork to customers; ensures proper identification and trade paperwork is completed.
