Job summary

Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh is seeking a Banquet Server and Private Dining Server to deliver flawless, hospitality-driven service to members and guests during banquets and private events. You will coordinate with the Banquet Captain, set up service stations, monitor timing for each course, handle guest checks, and maintain etiquette, grooming, and a pristine dining room.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry trays up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and move about the dining area.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening with guests.
• Knowledge of fine dining procedures and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, attentive service to members and guests.
• Follow banquet service procedures and coordinate with the Banquet Captain.
• Monitor timing for each course and transport dishes with trays.
• Process guest checks efficiently and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with banquet room closing procedures and maintain cleanliness.
