Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley in Fremont, CA is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender to join our catering team. You will set up portable bars, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure quality bar service for events using the POS system.

The role requires experience in high-volume bars, excellent guest communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bar environments as a bartender.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and associates.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Work with hotel associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
• Set up portable bar with garnishes, glasses, ice, and requested liquors, mixes, napkins, etc.
• Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
• Make great beverages and use the POS system to ring bar purchases for guests.
