Oriental is seeking an Advisor, Retail Channels (Concierge) to serve our high‑end clients with a sharp, professional business approach. Based onsite in Bayamón, PR, you will drive revenues and deepen client relationships through tailored financial solutions.

You will manage high‑value accounts, assist with banking transactions, cross‑sell products, and uphold strict compliance while delivering exceptional service to bilingual customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Call Center/Contact Center, Branches, and/or retail channels management.
• Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent consulting, sales, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.

• Manage high-value customer relations by offering tailored solutions and providing a personalized experience.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and service requirements while building relationships.
• Exceed service targets and comply with engagement and service level performance standards.
• Develop awareness of all offered services to enhance customers’ financial lives.
• Cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Process deposits, open new accounts, and implement retention strategies.
• Re-engage inactive clients and solicit new business; follow up after service encounters.
• Provide timely financial solutions and expert advice to meet customer needs.
