Responsibilities

• Deliver elite customer service in person and by phone to build and retain relationships.
• Process transactions, new accounts, and maintenance requests as primary contact.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and referrals.
• Handle teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and safeguard cash and sensitive information.
• Participate in training and team meetings to support branch goals.
