Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public contact or sales experience.
• Experience in SSA position or equivalent at another financial institution.
• Above average PC and technology skills, and ability to use applicable software and operation branch automation systems.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations including BSA and AML.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customer relationships by delivering elite customer service in person and by phone.
• Serve as primary contact for transaction processing, new account opening and maintenance requests.
• Participate in outbound client calls to support business center development.
• Handle teller transactions and open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Promote bank products and services and refer appropriate solutions to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
