Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-volume Service Department. We offer an established customer base, consistent repair opportunities, and access to OEM diagnostic equipment in a modern Mercedes-Benz facility.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns, perform maintenance and advanced repairs, and work with the team to ensure accurate, efficient service in a flat-rate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• Flat-rate technician experience preferred.
• Dealership or high-volume automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and advanced automotive repairs.
• Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and brake repairs based on experience and certification level.
• Use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and OEM procedures.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts staff to keep repairs moving.
