Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring an Elite Auto Technician to perform bumper-to-bumper repairs and advanced diagnostics with a focus on quality and safety. You’ll work largely on-site with the Reconditioning Center, inspecting vehicles, ordering repairs, and ensuring accuracy before inventory moves forward.

The role requires 5+ years of on-the-job experience with brakes, engines, steering/suspension, cooling, A/C and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Own your own tool set and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• ASE Master is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically inspecting vehicles for safety and drivability.
• Repairing inventory according to cost estimates and quality.
• Performing advanced automotive repairs (brakes, engine, steering/suspension, cooling, A/C, electrical).
• Test driving repaired vehicles to verify fixes.
• Working safely to minimize injuries and hazards.
