BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver first-class client experiences.

The role requires a proven leader with automotive expertise, a passion for coaching, and the ability to drive sales and profitability across a diverse vehicle lineup. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday with a day off, with compensation in the $200k–$250k range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales/management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales, gross profit, and dealership performance objectives.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team.
• Collaborate on forecasts, staffing, compensation, promotions, and advertising strategy.
• Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, acquisition, merchandising, and allocation.
• Oversee appraisals, demonstrations, and dealership processes.
• Review and approve sales promotions and merchandising standards.
• Monitor team performance through regular meetings, training, and accountability.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
• Other tasks assigned by the General Sales Manager.
