Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts, and apply paint per standards. Team collaboration and attention to detail are essential in achieving KPIs and WOW standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Weld, fit, and paint vehicles per factory specs or equivalents.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
