Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks an Athletic Trainer to support Army H2F at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on injury prevention, clinical care, rehabilitation, and performance optimization for Soldiers in a demanding environment.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare and performance professionals to maximize readiness, resilience, and mission success across the five H2F readiness domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher from CAATE-accredited program and ATC certification.
Unrestricted state license/registration to practice athletic training in applicable jurisdictions.
NPI and strong background in injury prevention and rehabilitation for military personnel.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty services.
Collaborate daily with clinicians and performance specialists across disciplines.
Provide immediate care and clinical management of musculoskeletal injuries.
Design and implement rehab and injury-prevention programs for military demands.
Educate Soldiers and leaders on injury prevention and performance optimization.
