Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our team at Fort Benning, GA, supporting the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. You will provide injury prevention, clinical care, rehabilitation, and performance optimization for Soldiers.

Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Dietitians, and leaders; maintain documentation; meet licensure and DoD requirements; US citizenship; complete background checks.

Qualifications

• CAATE-accredited bachelor's degree or higher.
• BOC-ATC certification.
• Unrestricted state license/registration in US territories.
• NPI.
• Two years of AT experience in relevant setting.
• US citizenship.
• Background check and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty services.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, S&C Coaches, Dietitians, and leaders.
• Provide care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
• Design rehab and prevention programs for military demands.
• Educate Soldiers on injury prevention and performance optimization.
• Maintain Army-approved documentation and data collection.
• Participate in PT, field exercises, and multidisciplinary meetings.
