Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typical 4–6 years of direct experience in the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly tasks including wire splicing, crimping, soldering, and component removal.
• Conduct rework and functional testing on complex assemblies.
• Train others and support NPI/engineering projects as needed.
• Work across multiple cells and hold tolerances per drawings and specs.
• Interact with development and manufacturing engineering as needed.
