Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing site procedures and emergency response.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Carry authorized equipment in line with policy and site requirements.
• Document patrols and observations accurately and promptly.
