The position requires a valid driver’s license, Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas, and the ability to work a late afternoon/evening schedule; compensation is $15.50 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required by policy.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Armed Guard certification Level III is required in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate store leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry where applicable, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with customers, employees, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership.
