Requirements include a CA BSIS Guard Card, armed permit, 1–2 years of experience, and a valid CA driver’s license. This position is part-time and on-site, with a focus on safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active BSIS Guard Card and Armed Exposed Firearm Permit required.
• 1–2 years of armed security or access control experience.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and state regulatory clearances.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active perimeter control, patrol grounds, and secure access points.
• Monitor CCTV networks, alarm panels, and entry logs in real time.
• Screen and log all visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond promptly to security alerts or unauthorized intrusions.
• Maintain clear communication logs and shift activity reports.
• Coordinate safe entry/exit for estate residents and staff.
