Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and mark areas needing alterations.
• Perform and complete fittings on time and sew alterations per Nordstrom guidelines.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Use store technology to manage and organize alteration requests.
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork within the Alterations & Store Team.
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit, style, construction, and trends.
