Job summary

Cetera Financial Group seeks an Elite Service Professional for the MVP Advisor Service team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on exceptional client support, advisor relations, and operational guidance. Training may lead to hybrid work after a successful onboarding period.

You will handle brokerage operations inquiries, assist with new accounts and transactions, and use advanced CRM tools for accurate case tracking. Coaching peers and mentoring team members will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in the financial industry.
• 3 years of experience with MS Office tools.
• Licensing (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with advisors, teams, and clients to build ongoing relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for advisors’ clients and guide them through their journey.
• Address queries about brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business from setup to servicing.
• Provide exceptional support using innovative technologies to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Utilize CRM to accurately record and track service requests with follow-up.
• Provide in person/virtual training to clients and advisors, and train peers on complex topics.
• Assist with complex cases and escalations from Senior/Service Professionals.
• Escalate mid to high level issues with leadership to resolve client/advisor concerns.
• Train and mentor other Senior/Service Professionals.
• May manage workflow and productivity, escalating to Leadership as needed.
• Participate in project work and release testing in lower-level environments.
• Monitor team questions and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the department.
