Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement or military with security background.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Active California CCW.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Honorably retired LEO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Screen entrants for proper identification, credentials, or authorization badges.
• Verify access authorization for restricted or sensitive areas.
• Maintain logs of visitor and vendor entry/exit activity.
• Issue visitor badges or passes according to policy.
• Report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities.
• Provide directions and general property information.
• Escort authorized individuals to restricted areas as needed.
• Coordinate support services with maintenance, facilities, and management.
