Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician. This position offers a $1,000 weekly base ($25/hour) plus production pay, with earning potential of $80,000-$110,000 annually based on experience and efficiency.

The role runs Monday–Friday with no weekends, provides paid medical coverage, performance bonuses, and ongoing training. PA Safety Inspection and Emissions licensing are required or preferred, respectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Current PA Safety Inspection License required.
• PA Emissions License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance
• Complete PA safety inspections
• Communicate repair findings clearly
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while working efficiently
