Job Description
  1. Contribute as part of a team of AD scientists to execute various analytical methods supporting biological therapeutic product release and characterization testing in a compliance-based environment.
  2. Perform routine testing independently, such as ELISA, Potency, Activity, HCP, Titer, qPCR, using established test methods, including documentation and reporting.
  3. Conduct work in compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist with non-lab-based tasks as assigned.
  5. Use independent judgment in technique and method selection, study design, data analysis, and problem-solving to meet objectives.
  6. Demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
  7. Maintain lab equipment and participate in lab upkeep.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical sciences, or related field, with experience in ELISA or similar assays, or 2 years of relevant work experience with ELISA.
  2. Knowledge of ELISA principles and relevant industry practices.
  3. Experience with cell-based techniques is preferred.
  4. HPLC experience is a plus.
  5. Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and adhere to company policies.
  6. Willingness to cross-train on LC techniques such as titer, SEC, CE, iCiEF.
  7. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship.
