Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks an ES Eligibility Team Leader (CNTY) to supervise Economic Services eligibility and clerical staff in Darlington County. You will ensure program compliance with TANF, SNAP, ABAWD, and related policies, and manage reporting and data integrity.

You will coordinate staff trainings, monitor performance through weekly/monthly reports, and handle emergencies and disaster response duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Experience in Economic Services programs and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Economic Services eligibility and/or clerical staff.
• Directs staff to ensure compliance with TANF, SNAP and ABAWD programs.
• Monitors and reviews casework and prepares required reports.
• Maintains data quality and protects client PII in systems.
• Provides emergency disaster management duties as needed.
• Delivers service with strong customer service and accountability.

Education

High School Diploma with 5+ years experience in Economic Services programs

Associate Degree with 3+ years experience in Economic Services programs

Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year experience in Economic Services programs

Master's Degree or higher may substitute for required experience
