Position: Elevator Technician - Kansas City, MO

As part of our manufacturing team, you'll support production packaging and processing, sanitation, and participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown of equipment.

Shift Hours:

• 8-hour shifts: 1st shift from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday-Friday
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Facility operates 24/7

Compensation:

• Starting at $24.99/hour
• Progressive increases to $25.28/hour after approximately 1.5 years of training
• Shift differential: +$.55/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Producing high-quality foods consumed nationwide
• Utilizing industry-leading technology
• Working with experienced operators eager to pass down knowledge
• Engaging in tasks such as weighing and grading grain, loading/unloading trucks and railcars, sanitation, maintenance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of machine operation and mechanical experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform demanding physical tasks
• Willingness to wear protective equipment and adhere to safety and grooming standards
• Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions and around machinery
