TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service in Fort Worth, TX to oversee field service operations and ensure cost-effective maintenance and repair work. You will audit routes, assist mechanics, and provide data-driven feedback to management.

The role requires knowledge of construction or general management, strong reporting and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two years’ experience managing on a branch departmental level.
• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.

Responsabilidades

• Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure route work is efficient and cost-effective.
• Performs NIM job audit within 15 days of turnover; identify issues and provide recommendations.
• Assists mechanics with jobs and on-the-job training.
• Reviews route profitability using accounting reports and provides feedback to management.
• Provides technical input to sales on scope of work and materials; calculates labor and material costs.
• Maintains knowledge of elevator industry codes and company products.
