Ardent Mills is hiring Production Associates for our Lake City, MN facility. Roles include Utility, Bulk, Elevator, Warehouse, and Pack Operators, with on-site training and a rotating shift pattern to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utility systems and sanitation to meet food safety requirements.
• Load bulk vessels and perform sanitation duties in the bulk department.
• Operate elevators or lifts and maintain sanitation.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, forklift operation, and distribution.
• Operate pack equipment and ensure packaging processes meet safety standards.
