Crozier Fine Arts, part of Iron Mountain, is seeking an Elevator Operator for its Chelsea location in New York. You will ensure the safe movement of art and artifacts, provide discreet, premium service to clients, and support the art handling team.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, clear communication, and a professional demeanor. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a motivated Elevator Operator to join our Chelsea, NY Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and integrity of all art and artifacts moved within the Chelsea location while providing premium, discrete customer service experience to our customers.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Fulfilling customer requests within the Chelsea Facility - elevator rides to/from viewing rooms, distribution of materials (i.e. equipment, hand tools, materials), providing requested deliveries to customers within the space, problem solving
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the business/industry through the assistance and apprenticeship with the art handling team from processes to industry standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as exercise the strictest discretion with client and company information at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements
• Proven ability in effective and efficient communication to clients and coworkers, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to work well under pressure lifting, moving, heavy objects - bending, kneeling, crouching, standing for extended periods
• Must be able to lift a min. of 50 lbs unassisted.

Reasonably expected salary range: $48,200.00 - $60,300.00
