Team members go through a training period and afterwards will be moved to one of several critical factory positions to operate, including Extruder Operator, Utility, Packing Operator, etc.

In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $29.53 an hour during the new hire probation period and increasing to $36.40 an hour when the probationary period has been successfully completed.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $29.53. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
