Job summary

Oracle Elevator is the fastest growing independent elevator services provider in the nation, based in Charlotte, NC. The role involves performing complete modernizations and repairs for hydraulic and traction elevators, including installing controllers, door equipment, pumping units, and wiring.

Responsibilities include conducting repairs, modernizations, and inspections to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements, performing annual safety tests, and evaluating equipment for modifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Elevator Technician license or Elevator Mechanic certification is required.
• Experience with electrical reading/testing equipment and hoisting/rigging gear preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete modernizations and repairs for hydraulic and traction elevators.
• Conduct repair, modernization and inspections to ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance.
• Perform annual safety tests during final inspections.
• Assist in determining suitability of existing equipment and proposed modifications.
• Perform related duties as needed; this is not an exhaustive list.
