Job summary

SWFL Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Mechanic with a strong modernization background in addition to routine servicing. You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade elevator systems while adhering to safety and building codes.

Candidates should read schematics and manufacturer specs, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and work independently on-site across Lee and Collier County. CET certification is strongly preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanic with elevator maintenance and modernization background.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

SWFL Elevator is a growing elevator service company looking for an experienced Elevator Service Mechanic with experience in Modernization not just route experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanic. Strong skills in Elevator Maintenance, including routine inspections, servicing, and modernization of elevator systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards for elevator installation and modernization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site.
• Ability to follow established safety, maintenance and/or testing procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites within Lee and Collier County.
• CET is strongly preferred.
