Job summary

Southeast Elevator in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician to service, repair, and troubleshoot residential elevator systems. You will perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned routes and respond to work orders promptly, with safety first.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ experience, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer-facing communication, a valid driver’s license, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.

What You’ll Do

• Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators
• Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis

Knowledge & Skills (Preferred)

• Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred
