Job summary

TEI Group is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate nationwide elevator maintenance deployments, manage service requests, and ensure DOT safety compliance. You will act as the hub between field technicians, management, and clients to optimize logistics and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, dispatching or logistics experience, and proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office, with the ability to type 50–70 wpm. Elevator maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in using dispatching software and MS Office.
• Ability to type 50–70 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of emergency and non-emergency calls in a consistently professional manner.
• Creates, dispatches/assigns, and closes service tickets.
• Performs data entry operations in the company database ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Ensures completion of work orders.
• Review mechanics’ time submissions for payroll accuracy.
