Choose901 is seeking a Construction Helper to support the installation and modernization of elevator systems. You will assist technicians with material handling, tool usage, and basic installation tasks in a hands-on, supervised environment.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety training, OSHA guidance, and progressive skill development, with opportunities to learn elevator construction methods and on-site routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years construction, labor, or trade-related experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Elevator experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of elevator components including rails, doors, platforms, and related hardware.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
• Perform general labor tasks such as drilling, cutting, bolting, and fastening under supervision.
• Support technicians with rigging, hoisting, and movement of heavy equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and site-specific rules.
• Learn elevator construction methods, terminology, and basic layout concepts.
• Assist with jobsite preparation and teardown activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
