We manufacture high-quality mobility device lifts for vehicles and accessibility products for residential and commercial settings. We are seeking a Homelift Technical Installer to ensure our dealer partners are equipped to install, service, and support our homelift systems.

About the Role

You will be a key member of our technical support and training team, providing in-person and virtual training, conducting on-site dealer visits, and offering troubleshooting support. The role involves travel, hands-on instruction, and interaction with our partners.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions (in Sarasota, FL, virtually, or on-site at dealer locations)
  • Provide phone and email support for installation, service, and product questions
  • Lead training for homelifts and elevator products
  • Create sales orders and process return material authorizations
  • Assist in developing and reviewing technical documents and training materials
  • Support technical teams with special projects
Key Requirements
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence speaking to small groups
  • Knowledge of training techniques and tools including webinars, videos, and interactive learning
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Internet, Google, Microsoft Office)
  • Understanding of homelift, vertical platform lift, or elevator technology
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Organizational skills for travel and managing multiple issues
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Outstanding customer support and communication skills
Experience & Education

1–2 years in a customer-facing role with technical products, or an associate degree/trade certification in a technical field, or 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of homelifts or similar systems
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to interpret schematics

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
