Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License.
• Must obtain NAESA ASME QEI-1 Standard for Qualified Conveyance Inspectors within 1 year and maintain certification.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have experience dealing with the public and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be able to read plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.

Responsabilités

• Inspect projects to ensure components are in compliance with all adopted codes.
• Review construction plans and calculations for structural and architectural components for compliance.
• Explain and apply ICC, RBC, and ASME codes to contractors and homeowners.
• Coordinate with other field inspectors and provide timely reports of inspections and results.
• Communicate findings clearly to homeowners, building owners, and contractors.
