Job summary

FCS Services is seeking a reliable General Cleaner for the Orange Parking Garage at Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista, FL. This full-time position operates on the 2nd shift, with 3:30PM-12:00AM weekdays and 7:30AM-4:00PM on weekends, focusing on elevator cleaning and general facility upkeep.

You will clean elevator interiors, sanitize common areas, and maintain restrooms and public spaces while following safety protocols and wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and be active during shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prior janitorial/cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect elevator interiors on all garage levels.
• Wipe door tracks, thresholds, and exterior surfaces.
• Sanitize surrounding common areas like entryways and lobbies.
• Clean restrooms, counters, sinks, and fixtures as assigned.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in garage areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Wipe surfaces, windows, handrails, extinguishers, and emergency boxes.
• Respond to spills and report issues to supervisors.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear PPE.
• Follow all safety protocols.
