Job summary

FCS Services is seeking a General Cleaner for the Orange Parking Garage at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This full-time 3rd shift role focuses on elevator cleaning and surrounding areas to maintain a high-traffic facility. Reliability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Overnight schedule, English communication, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. A pre-employment background check is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be reliable, punctual and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Background check required before start date.
• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect elevator interiors, walls, floors, doors and panels.
• Wipe elevator door tracks and exterior surfaces.
• Sanitize surrounding common areas including lobbies and stairwells.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, counters and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors throughout the garage.
• Empty and manage trash receptacles.
• Wipe surfaces, windows and handrails to remove dirt and fingerprints.
• Respond to spills and accidents and report issues to supervisors.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
