Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or stewarding experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in elevated or fine dining environments valued.
• Ability to operate industrial dish machines and three-compartment sink systems.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & sanitation: operate industrial dishwashing equipment Safely and efficiently; clean and sanitize all items; pre-rinse as needed.
• Health, safety & hygiene: follow health dept regulations; monitor water temp and sanitizer levels; use PPE; report issues.
• Cleaning & maintenance: keep areas clean and organized; report malfunctions; restock stations; rotate items.
• Operational excellence: perform opening/closing sidework; ensure equipment safety; attend trainings.
• Professionalism: maintain Forbes/Mirbeau standards; reliable, flexible, and collaborative.
