You will operate industrial dishwashing equipment, sanitize dishes and glassware, and ensure spotless presentation while supporting back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred.
• Experience in elevated or fine dining environments valued.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and kitchen operations.
• Ability to operate industrial dish machines and three‑compartment sinks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment safely.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Sort, pre-rinse and hand-wash items as needed.
• Ensure flawless cleanliness of guest-facing wares.
• Restock dishware and service items to kitchen and service staff.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for smooth service.
• Maintain organized and clean kitchen areas and equipment.
