Qualifications

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to warmly welcome our guests.
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Responsibilities

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• Open the front door for guests entering and leaving the restaurant.
• Record guest names and number of people in the party when immediate seating is limited.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times.
• Call out the name and number of the party when tables become available.
• Seat guests based on preferences and balance customer flow.
• Inspect the table for proper presentation and completeness before seating.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess station.
• Check bathrooms for cleanliness and supplies every two hours.
