AREA15 Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Model Host for the Altair lounge to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests entering the Altair experience. This role manages the door, reservations, waitlists, guest seating, and host stand flow while communicating with managers and service staff to ensure a refined, personalized service in a luxurious environment.

The ideal candidate is polished, organized, 21+ years old, with strong reservation software experience and the ability to thrive

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage services within a high-volume venue.
• Comfortable using reservation and table-management software (e.g., OpenTable).
• Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and VIP/guest-list logistics with accuracy and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and grace under pressure in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner, setting the tone for the Altair experience.
• Manage door, reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, VIPs, and seat charts with accuracy.
• Demonstrate discretion with VIPs and high-profile guests; handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and assist guests to enhance their experience, including experiences and bottle service.
• Maintain an organized and fully stocked host stand and entry area at all times.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, managers, and team members to ensure elevated service.
