Madewell in Palo Alto is seeking a Sales Associate who brings our brand to life with personal style and welcoming energy. You will help customers explore their look and collaborate with teammates to drive sales and deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and staying current with fashion trends, including nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll also help with store tasks and share customer insights with management to improve the in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
