Qualifications
- Graduate of Surgical Technologist program
- 1 Year of experience as a First Assistant
- Certified as a First Assistant with a nationally recognized organization that is accepted in TN
- Registered as a Surgical Assistant with the state of TN
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- CSFA or SA-C certified or equivalent
- No Travel Required
